Christ Contractions <http://healinghaven.typepad.com/healing_haven_under_hilar/2008/12/chris\ t-contractions.html> How goes your Christ contractions? Are you remembering to breathe, to go with the flow, to stay as steady and calm as possible as you birth your I Am Self? To keep your eye single on your regeneration?
As I shared in the previous post, we are pregnant with the Christ child, which is being birthed in this Christ Mass cycle that goes from about the beginning of December to mid-way through January. In this special time, Spirit is pouring Itself upon us in waves or pulses of light. These flow first into our crown chakra and cerebrum, at the top of our head. Then the higher frequencies flow down our spinal cord and nerves that are a conduit or birth canal for the birth of our I Am Self, the Holy Spirit within us, our Buddha Nature. Along the spine, the fourth dimensional Christ frequencies pour through our chakras into our physical organs and systems. Therefore, just like a woman in labor, we may experience labor pains as each new pulse of higher energy flows into our system. When the Christ light comes into our crown chakra and brain, we may have moments of elation followed by feelings of depression; times when we think clearly and exceptionally well and in a whole new way, followed by feeling like we are in a fog. These experiences come and go without any apparent outward cause. They are Christ contractions to birth our spiritual Self, the spark of God within us. When the light frequencies flow down our spine, we may feel charged up, in charge of our life, strong and steady and stable. How glorious! But even in these high moments, we need to be aware and to prepare for the possibility that there will be a reaction, a one step back after taking two steps forward. Again, often for no discernible physical reason, our nerves may feel inflammed, or we may find it difficult to sleep or want to sleep all the time. Perhaps our arms and legs and low back hurt, or we suddenly feel irritable, ready to scream at anyone or anything. Sound familiar? In like manner, we may have both upliftment, accleration and expansion of our other chakras and energy centers, followed by inexplicable symptoms: heart rhythm disturbance, nausea, flu-like symptoms that are not the flu, mild aches and pains and discomfort throughout the body. Why? Because of our Christ contractions. Because we are birthing more light in and through our mind, soul and body, which always need time to adjust, assimilate and absorb the higher frequencies. Because we live in the third dimension which is being transformed into the fourth dimension. So, what are we to do? Speak the word: affirm your wholeness, visualize your desired goal, realize time and again that you are one with God and that everything will work itself out. Don't get caught up in the drama of your contractions. They come and they go. And please be careful not to get caught up in the dramas of those around you. Everyone is feeling the influx of light, but those who are not awakened spiritually don't "get it" and often end up going a bit bananas. And even blaming you for it or trying to drag you into it. Be helpful but detached, in the world but not of it. See the Christ in them. Steady, my friends. Steady as you go. Keep the faith. Go with the flow. Apply the principles. See each new contraction for what it is: You are one step closer to birthing the Christ in you. In between contractions, take more time to be quiet. Eat better. Be sure to exercise each day. Keep it simple. And always pay sufficient attention to your spiritual protection. Hey, just like the days of the Romans, when Mary gave birth to Jesus, it's crazy out there. Be aware that people around the world are undergoing these same birthing challenges, but without the benefit of spiritual insight. Be more intuned as to how their upsets reflect into your auric field and contribute to your symptoms. In my dream this morning, my spiritual teachers told me that things were not going well with Indonesians, whose disturbance I could feel in my auric field. So, please keep Indonesia in your prayers and projections. Hold people there in the light. In this Christ Mass season, we are birthing the Christ. We are birthing the I Am Nation on Earth.
