Dears, It's really a great opportunity for me to get the Kundaliki Reiki attunement on last year from GM Minoo. In this good occasion I would like to share regarding my experience to use this great energy. This energy can be use to keep our body feel warm and comfort by simply put our hands at heart chakra and intend Kundalini Reiki on. This will activate the kundalini / fire serpent which can help us in cold weather or when we have got cold or we can activate before meditation time to make us feel comfort.
