Thank you so much. I awoke this morning feeling kind of strangely lighter. I say "strangely" as I am mostly positive, but feel usually heavy with all that I load on my plate. Today, this was very different. Toady, I have spent all day alone with my puppy, away from others, as to assimilate better. I usually only dream in the case of foretelling. Although I woke knowing I had dreampt, I just cannot remember about what. I am working on my past need to imply myself into others' situations, feeding my need to help or be of service. I now know I must be asked to help, instead of just doing so. Thank you so much, again. I will continue to utilize this process for the fututre clearing, as I am striving to remain aware of any undesireable habits, ideas or judgements.
