Amsterdam, Berlin, Brusell, Glasgow, London, Paris, Vienna: 22:00 ~ 23:00 (GMT) (Around 21:00-22:00 and 23:00-24:00 in Dakar in Moscow and Istanbul) Indonesia time is: 4:00-5:00 am Sunday morning. To start this program of meditation, at a given time: Prepare yourself and enter into the Network of Light through the affirmation: "I'm (name) connected into the Universal Harmonization Web of Lights (3x) I invite all my Guardian Angels and Masters to guide and protect me in this meditation. (3x) I call AA Metatron, AA Michael and AA Melchizedek (3x) to activate the Harmonization Universal Lightworker Meditation programe. I asked the angels of light to cleanse myself from all forms of negative energy and harmonize all my energy and synchronize with the Creator.
