It is actually an extension of the Merkaba meditation. If you are not completely familiar, there was always a big mystery as to what lay beyond the last (17th) breath in the meditation. Drunvalo's masters did not reveal the information until we were ready for it. Now we know that it is simply about going in to the heart space, and this later book is all about that, about finding the 'secret chamber of the heart', a space where we can literally find the answer to anything at all we need to know.
