Namasté Carmel! Is true that you can't practice MerKaBa Meditation following the audio recording only. I have learned the steps during a workshop, and even I do know what step comes next, I still use the recording :) The 18th breath is about fully raising your Heart and Chakras frequency to Light Speed,being this way connected to your Higher Self on a deeper level. is your own experience,no one could tell you how this step should be :) As far as I know,the Unity Breath is taught in Earth Sky workshop...and I have not attended that one. Did I talk about this already, but the Heart meditation is all about how we are finally ready for the mysterious 18th breath of the merkaba meditation that our collective consciousness was not quite ready for until a few years ago... Claudia, do you do the merkaba meditaiton with the Unity Breath following it? Where would you suggest the heart meditation go? I've never been successful at pulling off all three together, lol, I continue to be a work in progress... I haven't found the book myself but i guess if i search even further i might find what is needeed.
