Hopefully we're talking about using and _contributing_ to GNU Classpath. It would be a shame if Harmony simply used GNU Classpath and started filling it out with non-GNU Classpath licensed code instead of merging appropriate changes upstream. To make this simple, it would be convenient if the ASF had a blanket copyright assignment in place for GNU Classpath changes. AG
