We actually don't want to tie anyone into Harmony other than because we're free, fast, stable, etc.
This project *may* at some point offer packages that are not part of J2SE (for example, if we had built a nice logging implementation that was resuable), but that would clearly be separate parts of the project, and not to be confused with Harmony the J2SE Implementation.
