Sure, I'd use an archive if the files were large, but the largest in
this case is only 6k which isn't really a big deal (even for Geir
on-a-plane).
Of course, I realise that browsing is just a more convinient form of
"downloading". But, IMHO, the 85% saving per download on attachments
this size is insignificant. The real saving obtained by using a zip
file comes from the fact that fewer people will bother to download it!
This is a saving that I think the project would be better to manage
without. ;-)

In the interest of getting more eyes on patches, it might be better not
to zip attachments unless there are an excessive number of them. In
this case, attaching the three files individually would mean that others
could scan the .sh and .diff files using a browser rather than having to
download and unzip the .zip.
