This all applies very well when test is ready and fix is simple.

But when the bug requires running some application for 2 days in a row (e.g. 
race condition, memory leak or corruption, enumeration bug) and fix is not 
obvious (VM fixes are often like this) I hope such patches in JIRA won't be 
rejected according to these policies.
