I've committed an initial DOAP file for the Harmony project in SVN [1]. The DOAP file is for the Apache Projects site [2], check out the site for more information. The file is loaded via HTTP from any URL, so any updates made to the file in SVN will be directly available for processing.
I'm going to email the site team to add this URL [1] to processing locations. The URL needs to be stable, so please respond with any comments on a alternate location in the repo.
