Bug description:
Harvest doesn't delete opportunities, but opportunities that don't have the
most recent last_updated attribute set, shouldn't be shown. Also shouldn't
opportunity lists that are not active not be shown.
We need filters like this:
opportunity_list.last_updated = opportunity.last_updated
And:
opportunity_list.active = True
