Bug description:
At the moment, when Harvest returns empty results, there is no feedback
explaining why this is.
There is also no obvious visible difference between empty results and an error.
Harvest should provide different messages for all the conditions in which no
results are returned. We could use the same approach to present errors in the
process of loading results.
