Translations don't appear for text defined in models.py

Bug description:
Translations (easy/medium/hard) don't appear at all as the text is defined w/in
models.py.
As a result gettext 'translates' them into English as that is the defined
language. I'm changing these to the lazy translate function so that they get
translated when the user accesses Harvest.
