Invalid opportunities appear as "hidden"

Bug description:
When an opportunity is hidden because it is invalid, Harvest indicates that
in the "X opportunities hidden" label.
There are two options here: allow the user to show Invalid opportunities via
a filter, or completely hide them. Because there is no user-facing GUI for
invalidating opportunities, I assume the latter is the best course of action.
