AMY KRONISH is a freelance film consultant from Jerusalem who writes, teaches and travels extensively speaking on issues dealing with Israeli society through film. She is also a documentary filmmaker. For 15 years she worked at the Jerusalem Cinematheque/Israel Film Archive, where she served as Curator of Jewish and Israeli Film. She is previously the author of World Cinema: Israel (published by Flicks Books and Associated Univ. Press at Fairleigh Dickinson, 1996). [EMAIL PROTECTED]
COSTEL SAFIRMAN is the Head of Research and Library Services at the Jerusalem Cinematheque/Israel Film Archive, where he has worked since 1988. A prizewinning director of documentary films, he has published many articles and film reviews. [EMAIL PROTECTED]
