"Aleph is an international peer reviewed annual journal, devoted to
the exploration of the interface between Judaism and science in
history. It is devoted essentially to the study of the interactions
between science broadly conceived and Judaism also very broadly
conceived throughout history. However it also endeavors to publish
studies on related subjects, notably of the sort that allow a
comparative view; for example, articles bearing on the place of
science in other cultures.

The Editor of Aleph is: Gad Freudenthal (CNRS, Villejuif).

Members of the Executive Board are: Ruth Glasner and Zev W. Harvey
(both of the Hebrew University in Jerusalem).

The Editorial Advisory Board includes: Ron Barkai (Tel-Aviv
University), Mara Beller (The Hebrew University of Jerusalem), Yemima
Ben-Menahem (The Hebrew University of Jerusalem), Herbert A. Davidson
(University of California at Los Angeles), Resianne Fontaine (Vrije
Universiteit, Amsterdam), Ruth Glasner (The Hebrew University of
Jerusalem), Bernard R. Goldstein (University of Pittsburgh), Warren
Zev Harvey (The Hebrew University of Jerusalem), Moshe Idel (The
Hebrew University of Jerusalem), Samuel S. Kottek (The Hebrew
University of Jerusalem), Y. Tzvi Langermann (Bar-Ilan University),
