I am working on an email list of media contacts for the Sydney Taylor Book Award Committee. When award winners are announced in January, I want to be able to email our press release to people at Jewish news sources, people involved in Jewish education, or others who may be interested. I've already got a large list that includes major newspapers and Jewish organizations, but I'd like to add any local contacts that YOU may have. For instance, I've included on the list the reporters for the local beats of the Jewish Journal here in South Florida. If you happen to have contact names and email addresses for your local Jewish newspaper, radio show, teachers' organization, or even secular children's literature organizations, I'd be interested in getting that info from you to add to my mailing list.
