Hello Safranim- As you may know, September 2004 marks the 350th anniversary of the first Jewish settlement in America. I will be compiling a document for AJL illustrating the programs and events that the various libraries organize to celebrate the 350th. I invite you to submit descriptions of any programs or material you prepare on American Jewish history in your libraries (exhibits, lectures, film screenings, bibliographies, etc.). You may send a description directly to me ([EMAIL PROTECTED]) and I will distribute them periodically so that we can all share ideas. If you have pictures or other supplementary material (after the program), please send those to me as well so that I can create a final comprehensive document.
