Well. I found a reference to it on a Hebrew website as: Mekhon S.tefan Ro.t le-.he.ker an.tishemi'ut .ve-giz'anut bat-zemanenu be-Universi.tat Tel Aviv. I found this by just doing a Hebrew keyword search in GOOGLE for Makhon and antishemi'ut in Hebrew characters.
