I did a quick search for any haggadot printed in the US before 1865. I
found only one.

Seder Hagadah shel Pesah : 'im tirgum Ashkenazi = Die Pessach Hagada.
Imprint New York : H. Frank, 1850.

and one shortly after the war

Isaac Mayer, 1819-1900.
Hymns, psalms and prayers, in English and German by Isaac M. Wise and others.
Imprint Cincinnati, Bloch & Co. Publishers and Printers [c1868]

Notice that both were publishing with a German translation. Neither of
these are in my collection.

Since prayer books and haggadot were not printed in this country much
before the early 1900's, I doubt that one could find any differences in
before and after the Civil War. Hebrew Publishing Company Published their
first haggadah in 1912.

If you want to be sure then use a more comprehensive search.
