In addition to a special fund, I think that the following 'concrete' steps might be taken:
- that the booksellers who so frequently advertise on Hasafran themselves create some sort of a "collection replacement" apparatus so that, when the damaged library reopens, it can be (at least somewhat) restocked with new and relevant material. - that the libraries who often announce that they are weeding titles "x, y, and z" perhaps save the titles and present them as gifts (if desired) to rebuild the collections of those libraries that have been destroyed.
