We have straightened out the misunderstanding with the Marriott in Brooklyn about the convention rates. We have been able to reaffirm with the Marriott that the rate for our rooms is $199.00, but only until our block is filled (there is a maximum number of rooms that can be sold at that price, and we have increased the block number) so please get your reservations in as soon as possible. Call 888-436-3759 and mention the Association of Jewish Libraries for the $199.00/night rate. This rate holds for June 19 - June 22. I know that some of you received a different quote. If you email me, I will forward your concern to the director of Sales, and he will adjust it. If you are having other challenges, please contact the hotel's director of event planning, Joshua Weissbard, directly.
