The 1645 edition of Johannes Buxtorf's (1564-1629) LEXICON HEBRAICUM ET CHALDAICUM is the 5th edition of this famous dictionary. Not long ago I saw it in a Swiss bookseller's Catalogue for about 150 Swiss francs. But, of course, the value depends on a lot of different factors.
