To follow up on the technology issue. My co-presenter and I
had brought our presentation along with us on 3 different
locations, and in 2 different formats. We had brought it on
a disk, saved on the Internet, and on the laptop we wanted to
use to present (using our own laptop enabled us to have the
technology we wanted). We also used the feature in
PowerPoint to 'Pack and Go' and also saved as a self-
functioning Webpage so that if we had to use another computer
that did not have PowerPoint we could still use the
PowerPoint in it's entirety.

This was based on much experience on both our parts, both for
various conferences and as an instructor for students who
have to use PowerPoint to create products for class.
