thank you to Judith Segal for the gracious offer.
However, it seems to me that several things should be done before this
becomes official.
1. The AJL Council might need to discuss the Center as a project we
support. this seems appropriate, especially since will be the primary users.
2. Hebrew College should create some protocols and guidelines for
the acquisition of material for the collection. I can foresee a ton (quite
literally) of material arriving on their doorstep, and I think we need to
help them.
3. Maybe AJL could set up a working group to assist the College. I
can think of several questions we could discuss.
4. And of course we should put up some information on the Website
when appropriate.
