Dear colleaues:
I am in need of your help! A member of our Temple heard of a book about
a California professor who went to Iowa and spent time at a Kosher
slaughterhouse doing research and wrote a book about it. That is all I
know. The book is fairly recent. Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks,
