We are attaching information about a book: "Nesarim: Child
Survivors of Terezin" by Thelma Gruenbaum which was published recently in
London by Vallentine Mitchell. We believe this book will be of interest to
you, your staff and members of your Association and we hope that you will
bring it to their attention, possibly via a mention in your newsletter
. We also hope you will recommend this book to the teachers who ask for
suggested reading material about the Holocaust for their students .
The book has recently been highlighted in several publications:
--On September 29th it was reviewed in the Jerusalem Post.
--It was featured in the "Facing History and Ourselves" September
newsletter which is sent to 20,000 teachers who are affiliated with the
organization and teach courses about the Holocaust. (The newsletter can be

--It was reviewed in the September 10th issue of the Jewish Advocate
