I recently asked, "Is there such a thing as a list of subject headings suitable for a small congregational library of between 1000 and 2000 volumes?"
Several members drew my attention to "Subject Headings for the Weine Classification Scheme for Judaica Libraries", and I have ordered a copy from AJL. I expect to use it as a guide to modifying the LC headings that are included in the cataloging recoreds I've downloaded from LC and other libraries.
