Back in September, I asked if anyone had compiled a list of online Jewish reading groups or book clubs. I got two responses:
1. One member referred me to the AJL website www.jewishlibraries.org and advised me to go to the Resources section. The link from the Resources section contains a fine list of Book Club Reading Lists, but this is not an online reading group or book club. 2. Another member advised me that he (or she: the person didn't sign a name) had started an "online forum for discussion of all matters related to Jewish comic books (which includes graphic novels)." The foum is at: http://groups.yahoo.com/group/jewishcomics/ This was a start, since, according to the founder, members sometimes use the forum to discuss why they like or dislike a particular Jewish comics story or graphic novel. Since then, I have come up with the following "starter list" of Jewish reading group and book club sites. If anyone else can add to this list, please let the rest of us know. Thanks.
