In addition to being a volunteer librarian, now at a Jewish retirement
apt and nursing home, I work part time at a Judaica store in Seattle
called Tree of Life Judaica and Books and have been in charge of the
music for two years. Liza Stabler has bought CDs through me and has
been impressed with the service. We give AJL members 10% off our
retail price. Although you do have to pay shipping, you do not have
to pay tax as you are not in our state. I just got home, so I cannot
quote prices, but I'll be happy to write back tomorrow.

I also just came back from Israel and got a number of Israeli CDs
straight from the publisher Hed Arzi, so we have them at reasonable
prices.

HaMakom by Shirav (a men's group...some of whom are rabbis) nice music to deal
with sadness
Maya Buskilla's new CD--she is, according to some, in line to be a
younger Ofra Haza
All the CDs of American Jewish Music that have come out from the
Millken Jewish Archives
Rock n Roll Matzah ball is a cute new CD by Judy and David for younger children
We also have Voices of Israel, the 2 CD set compiled by a member of
Beatachon to raise money for Victims of Terror in Israel--and we are
selling it for $21.95
Many kids from about 5th grade up appreciate THE HOPE by Rick
Recht...and the words are good for them....with a rock n roll beat
