Kol kitve Uri Tsevi Greenberg (editd by Dan Miron), vol. 2 (1991), pp. 99-100 have 2 poems titled: Bialik from Kelev Bayit, and both were written on the same date: 6 Marcheshvan 5689 (October 20, 1928)
I will look for more information on the poems.
