>From our IT director... We had a similar problem with EJ. We were installing EJ on a windows 2000 server with 1+ GB of RAM. After installing it, we tried running it and continuously encountered a runtime error. After spending a lot of time back and forth with the EJ staff, a consultant discovered the problem. EJ can not run on more than 512 MB of RAM - so he created a registry fix that assigns the program less memory space and since then EJ has been running smoothly. My suspicion with your XP deployment is that you probably have more than 512 MB of RAM. (Remember that in 1997 when the electronic EJ was created, 512 MB of RAM was way more than anyone thought they would ever need..)
I copied the fix from a .reg file that we used. I noticed from the registry details that this tweak may need to be modified as the server we are using is a terminal server.
