i believe it would be incentive enough just to get published! You could promote the teachers as reviewers to the school community and point the community to the reviews. Having the teachers give detailed reviews is a great idea and good modeling for the students. YOu could even claim a "selection of the semester" "our teachers best of the bunch" and ask them to write reveiws 'cause isn't there a book you read that you think everybody should read, so share your find!
