I'm replying on-list because I think this response is relevant to many others. The Jewish Travel Guide - International Edition (I'm looking at the 2004 edition) has long lists of kosher food establishments (butchers, bakeries, restaurants) in Sydney and Melbourne, and a much shorter list for Perth. However, it does not rate quality.
