Safranim -- We met with the hotel yesterday, and seem to be in good shape.
We received some information about our room situation. We are happy to report that we have filled our contractual quota for rooms for the convention. There are still a few rooms remaining in our contracted block for Sunday, Monday and Tuesday. However, as we have noted previously, and as we all know from last year, the hotel will not guarantee rates once the blocks are filled. We have verbal assurances, but nothing in writing. So if you have been waiting to get your room, we suggest you do so now. Thanks to all of you.
