My school is adopting for our annual theme Nefesh Barie B'Guf Barie (A Healthy Spirit In A Healthy Body.) I have been asked to put together a bibliography (English) on this theme for children and adults and to recommend one or more books for faculty members that would provide some background. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
