and International Petroleum Strategist. His work advances the causes of
modernity, democracy, tolerance, and womens rights in the Middle East

Professionally, Tarek Heggy is a world-known expert in Natural Gas and has
written about the Middle Easts Natural Gas plans in relation to its
political and economic future. In addition to being amongst the members of
the first echelon of the contemporary Arab liberal thinkers, Tarek Heggy is
a well-known international speaker/lecturer. During the past ten years,
Tarek Heggy was invited to lecture at a wide number of world class
universities including the Kings College of London University, Oxford,
Princeton, Columbia, Maryland, California Berkeley and University of
Colorado Boulder. Tarek Heggy also lectured more than once at the Colorado
School of Mines.
