Subject: Source for information on Arab Culture

This is the site of Egypt’s well-known liberal thinker Tarek Heggy

I would like to recommend this site to those who are interested in the Arab
Middle East. You will find here many articles (in English) written by Mr.
Heggy explaining Arab culture and political systems and how they relate to
current problems and stagnation in the Arab World.
