Dear Liza, The Subject Authority Cooperative Program (SACO) within the Program for Cooperative Cataloging (PCC) allows eligible catalogers to propose changes to current subject headings by adding additional cross-references or to change, correct or add broader, narrower or related terms.
Last year the Program for Cooperative Cataloging (PCC) established the Jucaica Subject Authority Funnel Project which provides a framework for proposing new subject headings and LC classification numbers required for cataloging materials relating to Jewish Studies and Hebraica, as well as needed revisions to subject headings and numbers. I noticed also that the heading for "Jewish ethics" does not include a broader term for Religious ethics. I will be glad take a closer look at the authority records for "Jewish ethics' and "Religious ethics" and if does seem appropriate (which on first glance it does), submit two LCSH Authority Record Change Proposal Forms for these headings.
