If you go to the AJL web site (http://www.jewishlibraries.org), under resources there is a list of libraries whose catalogs are online along with a notation as to the cataloging system they use.
Sinai Temple does provide a catalog service. The Valley Beth Shalom catalog is online and we use Elazar for our Judaica and Dewey for our Day School collection.
