Dear Colleagues: The proposed LC Subject Heading "Jewish fundamentalism" was submitted to LC for consideration via the SACO Judaica Funnel Project. The proposed heading was reviewed by the LC Judaica Funnel Project Liaison in consultation with other members of the LC Hebraica Cataloging Team and forwarded for consideration by LC's Cataloging Policy and Support Office (CPSO). The proposed heading appears LC's Subject Headings Tentative Weekly List 11, scheduled for consideration on March 15, 2006.
CPSO's subject specialists will take into account the recommendations of the Funnel Liaison, as well as those of other LC staff (e.g., the comments posted by Aaron Kuperman) in reviewing the proposal.
