We have a new student from Israel who has just entered the 8th grade. She will be learning ESL with a faculty member. We are looking for a Hebrew language encyclopedia or other online books or educational tools that will help her learn about US History, events, people etc. while she is learning English. Once she reads it in Hebrew, she can then start to translate parts into English and in this way, hopefully learn some of the history related information and begin picking up vocabulary as well. I'd also like to find science texts in Hebrew that could be used during her transition from Hebrew to English. We are a Bais Yaakov girls High School.
