If you can't date it with information from the primary source of 
information, then use whatever clues you can from the text to give an 
approximate date.  Can you use the pictures to narrow the date to a 
decade?  Smell the paper.  What does that tell you about the age?

I've never seen this booklet, but I would guess that it is from the 
late 1940's or early 50's.  The term "savory" I've never heard in 
contemporary settings to describe recipes.
