Dear safranim,

I manage our synagogue's digital photo collection.  Our current 
system is that I download them from cameras or cds into folders in an 
All Users network, so that everyone, internally, can access them. 
Sometimes staff download their own photos.  The result is ok - not 
great, as  different staff have different styles of organizing, which 
often don't allow for good accessibility.  Is anyone using a 
different system that works very well?
