My friends in Israel express concern for the country's economy, which
is shut down from Haifa and north. Today at work, I received a phone
call from Israel from Eretz Magazine - we have subscribed to this
beautiful magazine about Israel for many years. I was asked if I'd
be willing to renew a little early, since so many readers and
subscribers in the North of Israel have fled the attacks.
If your library doesn't subscribe to Eretz, I recommend this
wonderful journal, sometimes called Israel's National Geographic, but
more engaging and "user friendly." Pay by credit card to help keep
the journal's coffers solvent. I re-upped for two years. (PS: English edition)
