For those of you in the Atlanta area who have not heard, the CJEE
(Center for Jewish Ed. and Experiences) Jewish Community Library is
downsizing. They are only keeping the children's and teacher
curriculum materials and they are giving away the rest of their books
to other Jewish libraries or scholars/professors. There are not very
many current materials left but there are still many older Judaic
materials of historical value left that are nonfiction, biographies
or adult fiction books. They do not have the manpower to make a list
of materials available or ship materials to other libraries far away.

If you are in the Atlanta area, you are welcome to stop by CJEE THIS
WEEK-by Friday, August 11th to take what you would like. The
materials are free to other libraries and can also be taken by
individuals with a donation. Their address and phone number: CJEE
Library 4549 Chamblee Dunwoody Road Atlanta. GA 30338

                                                                   770-677-9480

                    They
are open M-TH 9 A.M.-5 P.M. and Fridays until 3 P.M.

If you have any further questions you can try emailing me and I will
see if I can answer them.

If there any place that people can suggest, for example, as a home
for an old set of Graetz's "History of the Jews" and other such classics?

Janice Levine The Epstein School Atlanta
