The YIVO Institute describes itself as, "the world's preeminent resource center for East European Jewish Studies; Yiddish language, literature and folklore; and the American Jewish immigrant experience. (see www.yivo.org)"
On the 75th anniversary of the the YIVO Institute we offered a list of 75 YIVO publications. Five years later we are proud to offer what is certainly one of the largest selections of YIVO publications ever offered at one time and and in one place, Included are the many of the most important publications of YIVO in Vilna, New York and Buenos Aires as well as a few unusual imprints (from Melbourne, Australia and Stuttgart, Germany, etc.) and one possibly unique item. Items are in Yiddish, English, or both. Please take this opportunity to fill in the gaps in your holdings. It is unlikely that we will ever be able to match this current offering again. The catalog can be sent electronically as an attachment or in print form. Please reply to this email. If you would like a paper copy include your mailing address.
