Sad news! Rick Burke's mother passed away on Sunday. Beverly Maxine Burke (Batya) was a very special lady - she was both Rick's mother and his friend. May her life stories bring wonderful memories to her family. Her local memorial service is planned for Tuesday, December 26, at 1:00 pm, at Santa Monica Synagogue. Her family will be receiving visitors thereafter at the home of Rick and Adele Burke, 1239 Hi-Point St., Los Angeles, CA 90035. AJLSC members have been notified with the details, via email.
