The Maurer Library of the Bureau of Jewish Education seeks an enthusiastic, innovative, and energetic individual to provide services to our Jewish community library. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing Pre-School storytime, collection development, outreach, and reference and readersÂ’ advisory services to the public using print and online resources. Qualifications: ALA Accredited MLS preferred or BA with significant library experience. Proficiency in computer data bases and Internet searching, excellent verbal and written communication skills are required. The candidate must have a strong Jewish background, and knowledge of Hebrew is preferable.
