Assistant Instruction Coordinator (#240)
USC Libraries seek a knowledgeable and technologically nimble 
librarian for Assistant Instruction Coordinator. Candidate, assisting 
the Instruction Coordinator, will plan, coordinate, and implement 
student-centered library instruction, including scheduling and 
managing library instruction; evaluating instruction program; 
developing new instructional materials; promoting instruction to 
campus constituencies, and teaching 25 instruction sessions per 
semester. Requires MLS from ALA-accredited program; minimum two years 
of experience in academic libraries; teaching; knowledge of 
instruction curricula, including assessment practices and learning 
outcomes; knowledge of information literacy instruction, theory, 
practice and management; experience in instructional design and 
technology; demonstrated ability to work in a team environment; and 
excellent organizational and communication skills. USC is an EO/AA
